As part of our range of tailored and bespoke diversity consultancy services, EA People delivers inclusive recruitment audits for organisations, in order to assess their existing recruitment process in terms of both performance and inclusivity.

The objective of the audit is to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to support the organisation to ensure that their processes are in line with inclusive recruitment best practice, in order to attract and recruit high performing diverse talent in the future.

Inclusive Recruitment Masterclasses
Our Inclusive Recruitment Masterclasses have been designed to provide organisations, recruitment personnel and hiring managers, with the knowledge and skills to support the organisation’s diversity and inclusion objectives. This accredited course will provide attendees with practical tools to remove barriers from the recruitment processes in order to make them more inclusive, in order to support the attraction and recruitment of diverse candidates.
Recruitment Interview Observations
EA People conducts independent interview observations to ensure that the interview process that is being delivered by organisations’ HR, recruitment teams, and hiring managers is inclusive.
Following the observations, we would produce a detailed report outlining our findings, which would include suggestions of how the process could be made more inclusive. This would be presented back to the client with an opportunity to explore the key challenges identified.
We can conduct these recruitment interview observations as a stand alone project or as part of a wider piece of work.
